So I made a Christmas card!
Thoughts of spring flowers and Easter flew out the window yesterday. It was snowing, it was piling up and we knew there would be lots of shoveling to do once it was over. So, I made a Christmas card, wouldn’t you?
This is a digital stamp from Mo’s Digital Pencil. The image is called ‘Irma & Vieno’. I used Copics to color the image then I cut it out and popped it up with dimensional foam and layered it on the Spellbinders Ornament die. I added some white flower soft to give the texture of snow around their feet. I used liquid applique with MS Clear glitter on the hats, pom poms and the boots. Then I added some brown pearls for the buttons on the coat. The designer paper is ‘Home For The Holidays’ by Doodlebug. The sentiment is from the ‘Merry Everything’ clear stamp set by Simon Says Stamp. An MS punch for the snowflakes.
No more thoughts of winter today. It’s beautiful here. The sun in shining and the snow is melting. Warmer weather is in my future! Have a great week!
